Questions, answered plainly

Are the free plugins really free?+

Yes. Every plugin is on WordPress.org and fully functional without an account or key. Pro is a separate paid add-on that installs alongside the free plugin and adds features like per-form controls and geo blocking, custom holidays, and the lead pipeline tools. The free plugin is yours to use forever.

How does licensing work?+

Pro is a subscription for one site, billed monthly or yearly. Spam Guard Pro is $5.99 a month or $59 a year, Festivello Pro is $4.99 a month or $49 a year and BragDeal Lead Manager Pro is $6.99 a month or $65 a year, in CAD plus tax where applicable. Each license covers one site, you can move it to a new site from your account at any time, and you can cancel any time from My Account → Billing.

What happens if my subscription ends?+

If your subscription ends, the free plugin keeps working exactly as before. The Pro add-on’s extra features pause until you resubscribe. Your settings and data are kept.

Do the plugins slow my site down?+

No. Spam Guard runs server-side at submission time only, Festivello loads its effects lazily, and Lead Manager only does work when a form is actually submitted. Each one adds well under 0.1 seconds to page load and keeps Core Web Vitals green.

Who answers support?+

The BragDeal team in Vancouver and Kelowna, the same people who build the plugins and use them on client sites. Licensed customers get a reply within one business day.
